Mr. Shakeshaft founded the law firm in 1982. He has emphasized helping and representing individuals in claims against insurance companies, large corporations or government entities.
Mr. Shakeshaft is admitted to the Bar for the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court and the United States District Court of Colorado.
Mr. Shakeshaft graduated from the University of Illinois Law School after receiving an undergraduate degree in International Economics.
Mr. Shakeshaft is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and he was on the Board of Directors for CTLA for several years.
He is also a member of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group.
Mr. Shakeshaft is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
Mr. Shakeshaft has authored multiple articles which have been published in the Colorado Lawyer and the CTLA Trial Talk journals.
