Smart. Hard working. Dedicated. These terms all apply to Larry Franklin. But what most clients first notice about Larry Franklin is his genuine concern for their situation – and that while he is soft-spoken, he is able to quickly understand their needs and explain their options clearly and concisely.

Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Law, Larry Franklin graduated in the top 10 percent of his class, with honors, from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
