John Teakell is a former federal prosecutor, former state prosecutor, and former SEC trial attorney, who practices white-collar criminal defense and government investigations.  Cases and Indictments Teakell defends include mail fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, unauthorized access to a computer network, planting malicious codes within a computer network, health care fraud, counterfeit goods, money laundering, securities fraud, tax evasion, prescription fraud, and drug trafficking. Teakell practices significantly in federal courts throughout the country, and represents clients in other matters such as U.S. Department of Defense security clearance hearings, agency and administrative hearings, and asset forfeitures.
